Collect & Return Services
Dependent on your location in the country we can offer a free collect & return service via our very own delivery drivers. If you’re vehicle is booked in for a fitting service, we can arrange to have your vehicle collected & returned to you free of charge (also dependent on your location).

If you are not in the area applicable for free collect & return services, then you can either arrange to have the items sent to us or we can arrange everything from our end with Interlink Express.

Sending Units To Us

If you’re ready to send your unit to us, please send it with the following details:

  • Your Name, Address & Contact Number
  • The Make/Model & Year of Vehicle
  • A Brief Description Of The Problem

Turn Around Time

Our turn around time can vary from 24 hours to 4 working days depending on the unit being sent in for repairs. We will always notify you if the damage is extensive requiring any special order parts which can then take a few extra days.

Payments

We accept the following methods of payment:

  • Cash On Collection
  • Company Cheque
  • Credit/Debit Cards

Once your unit/vehicle is ready to be collected or delivered back to you, we will call you to take a card payment over the phone if possible and dispatch the unit/vehicle back to you on the same day.
